Information on the processing of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller

2. Purpose and legal basis of processing
Data submitted via the contact form (name, phone, email, inquiry content) is processed to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote for our services — under Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (steps necessary prior to entering into a contract, and the controller's legitimate interest).
3. Data retention period
We retain data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and, should cooperation begin, for the duration of the contract plus the period required by tax and accounting regulations. Data from inquiries that did not lead to cooperation is deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact.
4. Data recipients
Data may be shared with technical service providers (hosting, email) and, where a comprehensive quote requires it, with our general-contractor partner Napol, solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, to data portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO). To exercise these rights, contact us at info@napolestate.pl.
